To support this commitment, teachers have participated in a series of professional development programmes focused on the Cambridge curriculum. These included syllabus review sessions, curriculum mapping, and workshops designed to deepen teachers’ understanding of Cambridge teaching approaches, assessment practices, and inquiry-based learning, ensuring engaging and meaningful learning experiences for students.

 As a British Council Partner School, Santa Ursula Jakarta works closely with the British Council to strengthen Cambridge curriculum implementation. The school has also partnered with Periplus Education, whose training programmes explore the practical use of Collins learning resources alongside classroom strategies designed to build critical thinking, collaboration, and independent learning. In addition, Santa Ursula Jakarta has partnered with Odysee Education to provide experienced native-speaking teachers, whose presence brings authentic international perspectives into the classroom while supporting students in developing strong English communication skills and greater confidence in using the language in academic settings.
